These Terms apply to your use of yashgandhi.co.in and to services you order from Yash Gandhi. By using the site or hiring me, you agree to them.
1. The services
I offer video editing, content creation, design, AI-assisted creative work and social media posting support. The services and any packages or prices shown on this website are a guide only. A price becomes a binding offer only when I confirm it to you in writing.
2. Quotes, scope and payment
Before work begins we agree, in writing (email, chat or invoice), the scope, deliverables, price, timeline, number of revisions and payment terms. Final pricing depends on video length, footage complexity, add-ons and delivery speed.
Delivery times shown on the site (most projects 2–7 business days) are estimates. They depend on the footage, the project and how quickly you provide files and feedback.
3. What I need from you
You agree to provide the footage, assets, music and instructions needed for the project, to give feedback in good time, and to confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send me.
4. Revisions and approval
Each package includes the revisions stated in the quote. Extra revision rounds can be added at the rate I quote you or as agreed. Once you approve a video or publish it, it is treated as accepted.
5. Ownership and portfolio use
You keep ownership of the footage and materials you supply. Once the project is paid in full, you receive the right to use the final delivered video for the purposes agreed. I keep ownership of my project files, templates, presets and general know-how unless we agree otherwise.
Third-party assets (such as stock music, fonts, stock footage or AI tools) stay subject to their own licences. Unless you ask me in writing not to, I may show completed work in my portfolio and on my social channels. I will respect any confidentiality agreement we sign.
6. AI-assisted content
Some projects use AI tools to create or enhance visuals. I will tell you when AI is used. AI-generated material may have different copyright treatment in different countries and is subject to the terms of the tool that produced it.
7. Social media posting
If I post or schedule content for you, I will only do so with access you grant, preferably through the platform’s official role or collaborator features. You remain responsible for your accounts and for making sure the content complies with each platform’s rules.
8. No guarantee of results
I put real care into every project, but I cannot guarantee views, followers, engagement, bookings or sales. Results depend on many factors outside my control.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, advance-payment and refund terms are agreed in writing for each project. Unless we agree otherwise, work already completed before a cancellation remains payable.
10. Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, send spam through the contact form, or copy and republish my content, designs or videos without permission. Work shown on this site may belong to me or to the clients named, and remains protected by copyright.
11. Third-party links and content
The site contains links to and embeds from third parties (such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Cal.com and WhatsApp). I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or availability.
12. Warranties and limits of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and my total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid me for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Confidentiality
I treat unreleased footage and business information you share as confidential. If you need a formal NDA, ask me before sending files.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
